- 3 different patio areas - 3 Outdoor security cameras, none indoors - 12 occupants max - Must be at least 25 years old * The smaller unit has two window units for air conditioning. One in the Livingroom/Kitchen and the other in the bedroom. the big unit does have Central Air and Heat.
Other Details to Note
FYI, if you were planning to use the kayaks shown on our property, we won't be able to accommodate you due to liability issues. Instead, we have teamed up with “Red Beard Boats” who rents kayaks and other watercraft to the public. They are on the river and even have a swimming hole to use.
